One of many ministry's in the Union of Progressive People's. Since it's creation it's role in the Union are external and internal security. The most complex ministry having most of its assets placed around the Middle heavens and infiltration against the enemy of the Collective Union.
One of many ministries of the Union of Progressive Peoples. Since its creation it has served a role in both domestic and foreign security concerns. As one of the largest and most complex ministries, it has developed a massive network of assets all over the Middle Heavens, with countless infiltrators among the Collectives' enemies and allies alike.


Not much known besides the Ministry being the formidable organization that somehow level with the Intelligence Community in the UA especially the CIA.
Despite this extensive reach and the formidable threat it presents to the intelligence agencies of the United Americas, not much more is known about the MSS internally, or who directs it.
 
Of the little that is reported however, is a focus the Ministry shows on industrial espionage, particularly against Weyland-Yutani. The Ministries goal is relatively clear; the theft of technology, which the UPP proves increasingly efficient at reverse engineering.
