At this time this is not yet official and a draft for the Marine Law rework. This page is created to explain the intent behind various policies and changes. Because in general when issues arise with marine law the intention behind the wording matters. The notes here are not official rules. But for clarification and expansion on marine law. We do sometimes link to official rulings here. Even these are not binding and situational as they may vary with time and in reports.
