Playing a Praetorian
Playing as the Praetorian is near identical to the Spitter but houses a more boosted arsenal of what the previous tier had, as well as the ability to secret pheromones which enable certain boosts towards your fellow aliens as well as yourself at the cost of plasma. They also have an exterior exoskeleton that acts as armor which protects them from ranged projectiles.
They're spit rate is increased which allows for a rapid spit attack. But you've become a bit slower which is the downside of your evolution to this alien.
Generally you'd want to be guarding the hive unless instructed to, as your abilites are made for defending and keeping watch of infected hosts. And if you're fighting, remember that you're a slow target but durable enough to sustain some damage as you, are armored and that your pheromones give a passive boost if you active them.
