General Information
As the Queen of your hive, you may have noticed some exceptional acts of heroism from your daughters during your battles against the talls. When one of your daughters has saved your life or the life of her dying sister, robusted a bunch of marines, built mighty fortifications, filled your nests with capped hosts, or hampered the talls' means of reaching your hive, it is in your right to honor your daughters who have made these contributions for the growth and the survival of your hive and memorialize your daughters who have sacrificed themselves whilst doing so. To this end, you have several types of Royal Jelly Awards you can bestow upon your daughters by using the Award Royal Jelly ability at any time during the round. You may honor an individual daughter with more than one award, in addition to honoring many daughters with several different awards.
The Royal Jelly Awards
Royal Jelly of Slaughter
Awarded to the most robust xenomorphs who can lead charges, rush into battles against the odds, and leave only trails of blood from the dozens of bodies left in their wake, the Royal Jelly of Slaughter award is the greatest honor combat-focused xenomorphs could ever achieve. Even those who have fought bravely and skillfully until the last drop of acid left their bodies are more than deserving of this award.
Royal Jelly of Resilience
Do you remember that Crusher who ate dozens of bullets, tanked several grenades, lived through several a cluster OBs, and fell over from a SADAR only to get back up and push the talls back? 'Sometimes, one's own body is the best defense they possess,' she tells you. Those who pledge to this philosophy and execute it, even to the cost of their own lives, to defend their Queen, their hive, and their sisters who inhabit it, deserve to receive this award in your honor.
Royal Jelly of Sabotage
If the talls find themselves falling for hugger and acid traps under tables, have issues navigating the dark and sticky resin-coated buildings and caves, cannot communicate with their brethren because of their collapsed tower and broken light boxes, and cannot find enough materials to create their annoying barbed barricades or finding spare ammo for their spitters because everything is covered in acid, find the daughters responsible and award them this Jelly for their hard work and cunning.
Royal Jelly of Proliferation
For some xenomorphs, every clean wall is an opportunity for two fresh noodles to join the hive. Instead of robusting every tall they see, some of your daughters will make it their life's mission to hug every tall they can tackle down or line them up against hive walls for easy hugging. For this reason, the Royal Jelly of Proliferation exists. If you ever ask yourself, "Where did all of these caps come from, and why are we running out of wall space to hang the rest?", award this to your most capable cappers.
Royal Jelly of Rejuvenation
That one Healer Drone who will willingly bleed out to save your life in the heat of battle... That one Gardener Drone who gives a little bit of her life for each fruit she plants... That one Warden Praetorian who risks her life in the front line to build up life stores to only use on others... These sisters are the least robust of the hive, but they will give their lives to ensure the most robust stay fighting. This Jelly commemorates those whose only purpose in life are keeping others alive.
